Due to a change in circumstances these holidays, our much loved family holiday home is available for short term rental over Christmas & New Year.

Four bedroom, two bathroom property with water and bush views, a short 200 meter walk to the waters edge at Tirimoana.

One queen bedroom with ensuite upstairs, and a further three bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs (1 x queen bed, 2 x single bed, 1 x single bed configuration).

Galley style kitchen with small dishwasher, oven/cook top, microwave and all the kitchen necessities to make your stay comfortable. Dining table seats six.

Upstairs bedroom and living area have water views. The outside deck has a table, chairs, umbrella and a BBQ. The small deck off upstairs bedroom has a sun lounger.

Plenty of off-street parking for a boat and vehicles. Guests are required to provide their own bed linen and towels. Duvets, blankets and pillows supplied.

Perfect location for families or adult groups looking to holiday in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. Please note the property is open to the road and is not fenced, therefore no pets are permitted.

The Queen Charlotte Tavern is less than 10 minutes drive away. Short 15mins drive to Havelock, 30mins to Picton and approx 45mins to Blenheim. During the summer months, the Green Shed at Anakiwa sells coffees, snacks, cold drinks and ice-blocks. Santa has also been known to arrive by boat on Christmas Day morning for a lolly scramble on the Anakiwa jetty.

Tirimoana is a friendly little community so guests are requested to please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise levels low at all times, and no unauthorised events or parties are permitted.
